The other day a client emailed me to ask if I knew of a product or service he could use to reduce the complexity of one of his regular tasks: Customers were contacting him and requesting images of his company’s products, which his staff would have to find and send back.
His request was for some kind of online service that his customers could visit which would allow them to view or download their pictures without the staff interaction.
I haven’t replied yet because I can’t think of a polite way to say “I think what you need is a website.”
